Interested in preparing your employees so they feel confident coming to work?
It makes sense to ensure we are trained how to stay working together in a time of risk.
|
|
Your employees are members of a team or a department within your company. Each department is usually defined by partitions or floors. Use these physical barriers to help you define the different groups i.e. by floor
Each section of the company should work independently, each in charge of their own geographical area. Shared areas such as lunchrooms and bathrooms are dealt with separately.
This course provides your employees with a series of individual and group exercises that will result in the collaborative building of a strict hygiene programme which they then own. This is the best way to keep your employees and your business safe.
COURSE STRUCTURE
The learning is structured for maximum learner engagement
1. All Individuals start to learn by accessng the web-based sections of the course. This enables training on topic awareness and knowledge. Then, armed with knowledge and tools downloaded from the course, the individual completes a series of risk identification tasks, forming ideas as to solutions at their fingertips.
Now empowered to help make decisions, your employees then come together as a group to share and learn in another learning environment. strenthening the awareness of the problem. |
2. Collaborative Team Work
- Required participation: Two group meetings
- Resource: A Team Co-ordinator/Team Leader
As this short course progresses, the employees need to come together, to share their thoughts and the learnings, so a working team is formed around each issue or task. The team leaders role is to co-ordinate these short meetings that will give each employee the opportunity to be heard. (the identification of any particular risk or to raise a relevant point.)
Remember the learning objective here is that:
- they identify all areas at risk in their workplace
-
consider how and then agree on a hygiene regime to eliminate those risks.
-
teams will be able to download all relevance documents for their tasks.
-
includes posters, signs for your workplace area
Learners will prepare for these meetings. Each will complete task sheets and bring them to the group . Most attending those meetings will have similar answers and that is great for team building and building confidence in your workplace. | |
