Upon completion of this Employees Pandemic Preparedness Training, you will:

• be able to discuss what a pandemic influenza means;
• know what H1N1 Influenza A (Swine Flu) is and why you should be wary
• know what is information is correct
• be able to describe symptoms and signs of influenza
• know what precautions to take personally
• know what your role is, as a team member in the workplace, during a high risk period
• understand clearly what the risks are and know what to do when a risk is identified
• know how to communicate assertively without damaging team/team members' morale
• know where to go to obtain further correct information should you need it.
