What are the steps to start this?
1: Register your employees onto the course.
This can be done individually or by batch loading a .csv file (easy!!) We email your learners with their access codes.
2. Ideally all employees start and complete the course at the same time.
The course itself will only take a couple of days to learn, complete some practical exercises and some research and discuss. We suggest that you give all employees a week to complete.
By training simultaneously our company will achieve a hygiene regime/barrier company wide.
3: Divide your employees into teams 5-15 people
Because the virus is airborne, we suggest the best way to approach the training is to divide your employees geographically by the spaces they occupy.
To achieve this high level of change quickly, we suggest small teams made up of those sitting and working in close proximity to one another – (5-15 people)
4: A Co-ordinator from each team will need to be appointed and will:
- Co-ordinate starting time (as set by management)
- Complete the course as a member of the team
- Main focus of these meeting are:
- to ensure that everyone understands the reasons for the training and the new processes;
- to ensure everyone’s voice is heard especially the results of their research tasks. to agree with the steps proposed.
- to ensure that downloaded charts and posters are customised by the team for each area and displayed correctly. These are critical everyday visual signs that things have changed and why.
- to ensure that your workplace has access to the appropriate cleaning materials at all times.
Benefits to your company.:
